At Karibu, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards across our estates. To ensure that our properties are well managed and residents feel secure, we carry out regular estate inspections on a monthly, quarterly, or bimonthly basis for all our larger estates and blocks.

November 2024 Schedule

We have outlined the inspection schedule for November 2024 below. Please note that for some estates, we have marked the Housing Officer (under HO Patch) as TBD (To Be Determined) while we finalise the appointment of Housing Officers for those areas. We appreciate your understanding as we work to provide the best service possible.
