At Inquilab we care about our natural world and in protecting it for future generations. We are committed to encouraging and promoting the right behaviours that create and support a culture where reducing energy, minimising waste, and protecting our environment is second nature.

Our environmental impact comes from the homes we provide for our residents, the construction of new homes, and within our office(s). We are currently developing our long-term environmental goals and supporting strategy which includes:

• Our ambition to achieve net zero by 2030 in our office(s)
• Our plan for ongoing energy improvements to our housing stock
• Our commitment to zero waste to landfill as a result of our commercial operations by 2025
• Our approach to eliminating waste by reusing and recycling
• Our work with residents to create greener spaces that enhances biodiversity and nature
• Our supporting communications and engagement plan  
• And how we will measure and report our performance
