New 'My Karibu' App

We're pleased to announce that we are developing our brand new app, My Karibu, which replaces the My Inquilab app effective from Wednesday, 22nd May 2024.

Please note: This app is currently only available for former Inquilab residents. The app will be rolled out for former Westway residents in coming months.

My Karibu offers a more streamlined and user-friendly experience for all your tenancy needs. Here's what you can do with the app:

  • Make rent payments: Pay your rent quickly and easily with secure in-app transactions.
  • Request repairs: Submit repair requests directly through the app and track their progress in real-time.
  • Message Karibu customer service: Have a question or need assistance? Contact our friendly customer service team directly from the app.
  • Receive news and updates: Stay informed with the latest news and updates from Karibu regarding your community and important announcements.
  • Complete surveys: Help improve our services by completing a quick surveys.

My Karibu app is in final testing and will be available soon. Stay tuned for future announcements!
