Office Closure during the festive period

Our offices will be closed from 5pm on Friday 23 December, and will reopen on Tuesday 3 January. During this period we will operate an emergency-only service. To request an urgent repair or support, you can still contact us on 0208 607 7777 where our phones will divert to our emergency team. If you smell or suspect a gas leak, it is essential to contact the national freephone gas emergency number on 0800 111 999 immediately.
