From the 30th of September, Gilmartins Ltd. will take over all repair jobs as our new Repairs contractor. We are pleased to have chosen Gilmartins from the many tenders we put out earlier this year. Gilmartins are a leading service provider which over the last 20 years have built up a large base of satisfied clients, providing over 40,000 domestic properties with a complete range of building services. They pride themselves in providing a personal service which helps deliver the best possible customer care, while constantly developing market leading systems to help serve our customers better and quicker.

From reviewing our past performance, listening to customer feedback and with careful consideration, we have negotiated a new type of contract with Gilmartins to ensure a quicker and more effective repairs service for our customers. Thanks to our customers, we have been able to identify the pain points our communities currently experience with our repairs service and we are working fix this.

We want to ensure that all requests for repairs are taken and noted in a timely manner, reducing the wait-time our customers spend on the phone. We are also working to improve our customer experience when reporting repairs.

Inquilab is aiming for our properties to be serviced in a timely manner once repair jobs have been reported.

Finally, we are working to have all repairs are handled correctly the first time, reducing the number of times residents have to follow up or report the same issue.

We are hoping to increase customer happiness and ensure that Inquilab properties are places our residents are proud to call home.
