As you may now know Gilmartins, our new repairs contractor has begun providing our maintenance and repairs services from 30 September 2019. They have been offering appointments Monday to Friday, from 8am – 6pm, through our customer services phone line 0208 607 7777 or the online Tenant Portal.  The Tenant Portal is a quick, easy way to request a repairs service online. You can describe what the problem is and attach photos, which helps us get the details of the job and parts that may be required.

Regular repair jobs are completed within an average of 10 days, although it can take up to 20 days to resolve.

We understand that sometimes your repairs can’t wait that long, for example, in a situation where repairs need to be carried out for safety reasons. In situations such as these, an emergency repair order may need to be raised. In order to do this, you would need to call customer services during office hours, 9am – 5pm.

Gilmartins also offers an Out of Hours service which is available should you not be able to contact Inquilab during standard working hours. If you call our customer service number 0208 607 7777, you will automatically be redirected to the Out of Hours service where an officer will be available to help and advice on next steps.

Our emergency repairs service will be able to make a dangerous situation safe within 4 hours. Where possible, will also aim to fix the issue at that time. If the work is not completed at that time, it will be completed within 2 working days, subject to all repair parts being available.
