Christmas and New Year office opening hours 2018

Our office opening hours during the Christmas and New Year period will be as follows:

  • Monday 24 DecemberChristmas Eve, office closes at 2pm (Emergency service only after 2pm)
  • Tuesday 25th December – Christmas Day, office closed ( Emergency service only)
  • Wednesday 26 December – Boxing day, office closed (Emergency service only)
  • Thursday 27 December  – office closed (Tenants Portal service available from 10am until 4pm)
  • Friday 28 December – office closed (Tenants Portal service available from 10am until 4pm)
  • Saturday 29 December – Standard Out of Hours Service
  • Sunday 30 December – Standard Out of Hours Service
  • Monday 31 DecemberOffice closed (Tenants Portal service available from 10am until 4pm)
  • Tuesday 1 January 2019 – Office closed (Emergency service only)
  • Wednesday 2 January 2019 Office open, Normal service resumes

Emergency Service Information

Between Christmas and New Year  repairs can be raised between the hours of 10am and 4pm  through the Tenants Portal. You will have to sign up on the portal to use this service.
