In response to the feedback we received from our customers, Inquilab is making internal and external changes to improve its repair services. Consequently, this year, with the help of our residents, board and staff we have undertaken a comprehensive process to appoint a new repairs contractor.

Inquilab is pleased to announce Gilmartins as our new contractor for maintenance, repairs and selected health & safety checks. Taking effect from 30th September 2019, Gilmartins will carry out repair jobs on Inquilab properties.

Gilmartins is a leading service provider and over the last 20 years have built up a large base of satisfied clients, providing over 40,000 domestic properties with a complete range of building services. Working in partnership with housing associations including Inquilab, Gilmartins’ drives a personal service which helps deliver the highest levels of customer care.

They have a wealth of experience in delivering refurbishments, alterations, day to day repairs, planned and cyclical maintenance in London and the South East, and a proven track record in delivering exceptional quality service incorporating leading technology.

Gilmartin and Inquilab will shortly be holding several roadshows to meet and greet customers and answer any questions regarding changes to our repairs service. Customers will be notified of our location beforehand.
