The Tenant Portal is a quick and easy way to request a repairs service online.

Through the tenant portal, you can report repairs and other issues by describing what the problem is and uploading photos, which helps us get the details of the job and parts that may be required, all from the comfort of your home. All that is required is a steady connection to the internet and a computer or mobile device.

This is a great alternative to calling Inquilab and waiting in a queue to speak to a representative to report your repairs.

How to register

In order to be able to use the Tenant Portal, you must first register to create an account with us. To do so, please follow this link and fill out this form here. You can also find this form by clicking the button at the top right corner of your screen.

Once you have filled and submitted this form, you will receive a letter from us within 5 working days with further instructions on how to finish creating your account online.

Regular repair jobs are completed within an average of 10 days, although it can take up to 28 days to resolve.
