The Resident Experience Panel is a group of residents who review and scrutinise Inquilab Housing Association’s services and performance.

How are the Panel members selected?

You do not need any qualifications, as full training and support will be provided to enable you to fulfil your role. However your application will need to include a CV and cover letter, setting out how you meet the requirements of the role, and what you would contribute as a REP member. Applications will be assessed against the criteria set out in the Role Profile.

What does the Scrutiny Panel do?

The panel meet on a monthly or bi-monthly basis. They take a positive critical eye and assess the quality and performance of services, against local and national standards, following a presentation provided by a service manager at Inquilab. They then make recommendations for improvement, which are presented in a report to the Board.
